Okay once again, I could not resist taking the params of this beautiful work apart and assembling them again. It's not actually a tweak since I rebuilt the params from scratch but I credit *lindelokse here anyway! I also used a plugin I'm working on right now named "dust"

It reminds me of Jack Frost. If you have ever watched frost form on a cold window as it spreads itself over the surface of glass you would see the brush of Jack Frost at work.
